    I have never tested for that so I really do not know.

    When I first started staying in nutritional ketosis my FBG would be about 75 but that did not last for very long. That is how I figured out ketosis can lead to insulin resistance but that is OK because it is preserves glucose for required functions and drives the burning of ketones it seems.
