How to measure my own body fat%

I am ting to measure my own body fat with calipers. I am having a hard time trying to do this accurately on my self. I've watched several YouTube videos and started marking my measurement point with a sharpie. The problem is these only show how to do it on another person, not on yourself. I'm not sure I'm getting the measurements at the correct angles though. I also stopped doing the method that measures your back because that angle was too hard to get. Trying to measure the back of the arm is tricky, I'm not sure I'm measuring in the right place on my hip, and my thigh measurement varies by at least by 5 or 10 points every time I do it. My overall results very by several percentages every time too. I've just started measuring this week so I know my body is not changing that much.
Any advice on how to measure my own percentage with calipers would be greatly appreciated!

That's a good question. I have calipers and get different results every time.
