Sooo weak and exhausted

Today is a bad day for me! I feel stupid, like I'm struggling to even follow my normal routine this morning. Things just weren't clicking right. I ditched my initial hiking plans and drove back home. I did 17 miles in my recumbent bike and began making lunch. Since then, I have progressively grown weaker. I've only taken 3 naps in the last 4 months, but I can't keep my eyes open today, I want to eat everything, and I feel stupid.

All I can think is that my cals have been at the recommend 600-800 per day, but I've stepped up my exercise a bit. I don't know. In taking all of my vitamins and drinking all my water. Has anyone else experienced this....is it normal? I'd love to be able to just write this off as a bad day.

Maybe you're coming down with something? Flu or cold? Time will tell.

Nothing wrong with a lazy day every now and then. That's what weekend's are for

Check the amount of protein you're taking in. Usually I get that exhausted feeling when I've been active but haven't hit my protein grams. But also, what @anbrdr said - your body needs rest days, too.

Hope your feeling better today. Your burning a huge amount of calories based on your news feed and taking in less calories than your burning. Maybe that is why your tired.
I also had off days yesterday and today. Only could bike for 40 minutes yesterday and today the 20 mile an hour winds made me push even harder so I only got 30 minutes in today. Tomorrow is a work day so it is my day off from biking.

I'm doing great today. I was really scared yesterday. Thank you all for responding, you saved me from a panic attack! I have no idea what I would do without all of your help and support. I actually ate a bit more than normal yesterday and my nose was a little stuffy. Perhaps that was a slight cold paired with exhaustion?!?! It was POWERFUL and may as well have tied me down hahahaha. I have been pushing myself pretty hard. I'm gonna take it a bit easy today...maybe just some yoga this afternoon...screw the step goal lol. Shoot...if that was a cold...that would be awesome. I haven't been sick since I began this journey and quit smoking...my immune system has been a badass!

Again, thank you all! You REALLY helped me!!
