Just having a rough day and need to read through some?
Here's the spot for that!

So true, I've always had a problem with bingeing - always in private, because I've always been nervous about people judging me and what or how much I ate. This really struck a chord with me today though, never really thought about it this way. Just another way to keep myself accountable!1 -

I love the idea of doing a vision board, have any of you done one? Maybe we should make some and post pictures of them

Here is three I made up but makes sense.
It is easy to fail hard to succeed but by not even trying you have failed.
You are your own mountain only you have the power to go for your goals.
You can always achieve your goals just go for it.

Don't Quit
by John Greenleaf Whittier
When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all up hill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest, if you must, but don't quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As everyone of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about
When he might have won had he stuck it out,
Don't give up though the pace seems slow,
You may succeed with another blow.
Success is failure turned inside out,
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far,
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit
It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.
For all the sad words of tongue or pen,
The saddest are these: "It might have been!"1 -

A favorite quote I've been telling myself, as I'm struggling through my last set of crunches:
Pain is weakness leaving the body.
