Tracking macros in MFP

Hi to all you lovely LCD people. I'm really happy to have found this group. This is my second time with MFP. The first time I lost about 65 lbs but it was a struggle since I did get lots of negative comments about my low carb diet. I ended up making my info totally private and eventually leaving MFP completely. Sad to say, I put 50 of those pounds back on so thought I'd give MFP another try. And here you are; a welcoming place for me to hang. Does life get any better?
As I remember, tho, that first time I was able to adjust my goals for daily macros. Does anyone know if it is possible to manually set those anymore? I've hunted and hunted and don't seem to find where to set those macros to suit a low carb diet.

I have the paid version, so not sure if you have to pay to be able to make the changes or not. But from my mobile phone, I just go to the main menu page (three dots ... lower right corner on an iPhone when you first log into the app) then click on Goals and select calories and macros under Nutrition.0

If on a computer ...go to home screen....then goals .....hit the edit button and you can change your macros to anything you want .... I have mine set to 5% carbs, 75% fats and 20% proteins ....wishing you much success0
