Hi- I am hosting a couch to 5k running/walking group starting April 4th at 630am in Rochester. If anyone is a Rochester native let's get you off the couch, and on your way to finish your first 5k! My company is Fit-Strength Training Studio and my goal is to help any and all who want to change their lifestyle.
