I know I know that the scale is a liar but how in the world is it telling me I gained 6 pounds in a week :o ...I was stuck at 209.2 for the past 2 weeks and this week 215.2 YIKES ...my eating hasn't changed ..actually nothing as changed this week

    Whenever you see a large change (in either direction) in a short time, you can be sure it's water.

    I haven't had a big whoosh since starting LCHF in Oct. :|

    Try the All Animal April challenge perhaps.

    @FIT_Goat and I probably disagree about why it works, but it has all the elements needed to break a stall.

    Well, it does have great stall breaking potential (assuming you also avoid dairy) because you've removed just about everything that causes people problems. We both know that I endorse it for health before weight loss, but it does wonders for weight loss at the same time.

    Hmm, even when I haven't had periods, I still had hormone fluctuations.

    Yes, even without a menstrual cycle I still see hormonal scale fluctuations sometimes. I've had jumps on the scale like that sooooo many times! Try not to allow the frustration of it to change your food choices! It will drop again by staying the course! Hugs! I understand! I believe we all do!
