My new favourite recipe that's great for a post workout meal!
100g of mashed sweet potato
1 scoop of protein powder (about 30g), whatever flavour you love! I like 1upnutrition's choc peanut butter blast
1 whole egg
I like to use peanut butter as my topping. So delicious!
The macros with my specific powder are:
6.8g Fat
21 Carbs
29.8 Protein

what do you do to cook it? just like "regular" pancakes?0

niiice!defiantly did try and it was amazing. i usually simplify it even more and just do 1 cup of old fashioned oats 1 scoop of whey protein powder (my fav trip chocolate) & a fruit like apple or banana keeps me full all morning
