Hi guys! So this, I'm hoping for anyways, is a small group of 10 people working towards the goal of improving nutrition as well as exercise habits DAILY.
My hope is for us to become accountability partners and track our success over the next 90 days!!!
I will be posting 4 other discussions.

We will begin the 90 days once we have up to 10 people (or Monday, March 28th, whichever comes first) who are looking to improve their lifestyle but aren't sure where to begin.
Start by introducing yourself in this discussion. Tell me about yourself, why you're on MFP, your age, your hobbies, etc. This discussion is not for your weight goals. Please do not post them here.
The second discussion will be overall goals. This is where you should post your fitness/nutrition goals as well as your current weight/measurements.
The third is weekly goals. There will be about 12 different discussions stating the week and those goals.
The fourth will be a check in at the end of the week with all of you to see how well you did reaching that goal for the week as well as your weekly weigh in.
The fifth will be an ongoing discussion of fitness/exercise routines or new exercises you've found and enjoyed.
The sixth discussion will be nutrition and recipes. Post a screen shot of your best day or your worst. Post a new recipe. Express how changing your diet has made you feel.
I will be commenting first telling you about myself as an example!!

Hi - Eve & everyone in the 90 day challenge. I am a 44 year old Mom. Married for 23 years and we have 3 boys: 18, 13, & 2. I am on MFP because I want to be able to keep up with my 2 year old as he ages. Having one so much later than the others, I don't want to short change him and I want to be just as active with him so I want to drop some weight & get healthy. I love reading & traveling & swimming. I do yoga, strength training and jogging for exercise with the occasional swim. Yoga, weights and jogging are easier to do because I can get up early and get it done before everyone is awake. It is harder to get to the gym to swim. I've signed the little one up for swimming which gets me to the pool once a week. I've been on MFP for about a month and had good success losing 11 pounds. It is getting harder now and I'm looking for additional motivation. Look forward to working the challenge with you all!0
