I have not tried it because I'm kind of worried it would throw my hormones all out of whack. When I first started keto my cycles were crazy so I don't really want to bounce in and out. I'm interested to hear from people who have tried it however.0

I have tried it and it is very effective. I just found it difficult to remember what day was what. However, I stand by it as a good and effective lifestyle plan.0

@Panda_Poptarts I tried it twice since I have been eating <50 grams of carbs daily and recovery took a week so I stopped. Some body builders like to do it I read.0
