Exercise calories

Hi everyone. Wondering if people who have had success eat their extra exercise calories given to them? A nutritionist I saw said to eat half?

At the weight I was (I started at about 375 and have lost about 110), it didn't matter too much in the beginning whether I did or didn't eat them back. I continued to lose weight... although always very slowly. Now, I try to listen to my body rather than just look at the numbers. If I've exercised a lot and feel particularly hungry, I'll eat a little more. If I don't, I don't.0

same here, at the beginning it did not matter, now I do better if I limit what I eat back---I try to avoid it, or only on days I have a lot of exercise.
