Who would have thought I'm excited that I may be able to buy myself a cheap blender this week! I want to try BPC again and with refined coconut oil and butter!! How much do I use of both?

Start small. I got the coconut oil Herxheimer Reaction but it all worked out OK in a forcible way. Actually one day I came into the office and Googled "dying from coconut oil" is how I learned of the Herxheimer Reaction. I guess my gut was full of critters that the coconut oil killed. While it was not fun at the time I am glad I did it that way in hindsight.

I'd start with not more than a tsp each until you know how it's going to affect you. TRUST ME.

50% KerryGold Butter, and 50% MTC Oil. start with a teaspoon of each, eventually up to 2 tablespoons each if well tolerated. :)

Ooh if you can, get yourself an immersion blender, they're so much more versatile than a traditional blender. I get excited about kitchen gadgets too! When I moved to Scotland I left all my small appliances behind and am still rebuilding my kitchen collection.

I recommend the immersion blender for bpc too. I use a milk brother for my butter and hwc coffee. Also, agree with all of the above, start sloooow! It can work very fast that way!

I definitely love my immersion blender for my BPC. But I've recently gotten a milk frother and love the convenience of it so much that I don't care that it doesn't blend as well. Lol
But for the fully blended, foamy goodness, immersion blender is super handy and dies as good a job as a full blender.
