Is that a drop of sweat on the end of your nose?!

    haha Deevaa.

I think just a "tincy" bit high. Pretty much spot on though.

Probably, I was pretty much raining sweat. You can see the only dry spot on my shirt by my right elbow.

I just thought it was amusing how the bar left a rust stripe on my back due to the excessive humidity and sweat.

Oh, and as far as the actual placement goes, the bar sits on the upper spine of my scapula and also in the notch in the back of my rear delts which seems to be pretty close at least. I feel like it's sometimes a little high too but if I go any lower it's unstable and also painful so I just stay where I'm at.

For what it's worth I think it looks reasonable.

yep, depends on the shoulder mobility. No point trying to get someone into crazy low bar position if their shoulders don't allow.

I'm impressed anytime I see someone squat low bar. I can't manage an empty bar in that position. Feels like the jaws of life are trying to get inside my right shoulder.

It was tough when I started too. Lots of shoulder mobility and practice made it great. I do lots of shoulder dislocations and arm circles before every workout for warmup and stretching. Help immensely with mobility and also helps with benching and OHP. My shoulders were garbage before I ever stepped in a gym, always painful and stiff and frozen in the mornings especially. Now they are great all the time.
