For those who are interested in keto not just for weight loss, here is the FULL 3 hour interview that Tim Ferriss did with Dominic D'Agostino.
Can't say I understood everything, it's pretty packed with info. Lots of biochem. Some of the really interesting things Ferriss asked was what D'Agostino would do himself if he was diagnosed with cancer. Lots of pointers for further research. Yum
The only thing I'm a bit sceptical about is the application of products like ketone esters and powders. I can't imagine that a product will be able to mimick all the other beneficial effects of nutritional ketosis, enzymes and mitochondrial upregulation etc. As enhancers for an already keto adapted person, yea, it's probably useful. But I remain on the fence whether it's possible to skip the adaptation phase.
Anyhow, it's one of the most in depth interview I have come across concerning keto and health up to this point. Enjoy!
