Anyone out there? Looks like this group has been inactive for a while. I just came over to the dark side, I was vegan for 2 years, then went the typical body building diet and Keto before deciding IIFYM with IF is what's best for me and my goals. I'm brand new to IIFYM and would love some like minded friends. Prefer very active and open diaries please.
