Hi all. Just started the low-carb Atkins diet last week. Down 3 pounds so far. A lot more to go. Anybody have any advice for this newbie? What kind of snacks can I snack on? I'm getting bored of cheese and meat. TIA!

    Hard boiled eggs are a good snack, also celery with cream cheese. I can also eat half an avocado just by itself. lol Though usually if I feel like a snack, I drink tea with heavy cream and that takes care of it.

    Any kinds of nuts or seeds in small amounts. Pork rinds.

    Nuts, cheese, a small amount of carrot sticks, boiled eggs. But then again I rarely need a snack as I'm not hungry between meals any more. I only have snacks if I need to add protein or fats to be more satisfied.
