I've just bought a body blade from Qvc.. It's a great little workout tool.. Has anyone else got one? If so how have you found it..
A friend of mine bought one & she has gone down a few dress sizes in a few months..

Seems somewhat similar to the "Shake Weight," which was not adopted very well by the fitness community (and has been rather lampooned in general).
While any resistance activity is better than none, I don't think this device offers any advantages over other economical solutions, including resistance bands and dumbbells, for muscles that are difficult to exercise with body weight alone. There is a reason why these are the go-to solutions by trainers and physical therapists.0 -
I guess I am the only one that got a mental image of hitting myself in the head (or other body parts) while trying to master this device ?0

Hey, if it works, why not?0
