Exploding Head Syndrome anyone?

I have been dealing with this since entering menopause also, scared the crap out of me the first time it happened, and then someone on an equine related forum posted about it, whew, at least it is nothing life threatening.

I can tell when I am stressed or sleep deprived, the episodes happen more often.
