    45 minutes yard work = $225

    I have found that just doing plain cleaning/yard work/ playing & walking dogs can sometimes wear you out more than an actual 'workout' LOL I'm so sore from helping my mom this weekend. I put in more time than I listed each day but when I'm not 100% sure (I didn't time myself) I figure it's best to log less than more.
