i am a vegetarian/(pescatarian on leg days) i add salmon for both lunch and dinner (7oz.patty) no condiments added. I have just started Shredz protein & supplement but was an Iso-whey 100 & GNC supplement user. Trying to lean out an lose the last 8-6 pounds i run three days a week and do body beast second round. but not use to eating big meals for i have. mainly consisting of 3 small meals/2 snacks. morning meal usually is a protein shake with fiber. i am a carb lover but do not incorporate it in my eating plan (at time cause uncomfortable bloat; so i shy away it)if someone has input on how to make this successful for me that would be great.
