7/4 challenge - do it anyway

I woke up this morning aching from yesterdays turbo class at the Y. I started to tell myself that I doubled up yesterday, that's its a holiday, that all the kids are up and it'll be too hard. I almost convinced myself to not work out today. Then I remembered last time when I failed t his weightless thing and I gained it all back. I remember how quickly I personally allow one missed day to turn into one missed week so I put on my big girl undies and pushed play! So today I challenge you to do it anyway!

  • I could hardly get myself out of bed today. I applaud your ability to get up and do it anyway! I'm hoping that post Sara's I'll have some energy because I physically can't do it right now.

    Not a holiday here in the UK, but it is my youngest son's 6th birthday. Have done my workout anyway and will watch my calories when we're out for a family meal tonight. ...

    I admit, it wasn't the best effort in my delivery but its done lol. And I know you well enough that you'll get it done too! Even if its just a hiit 15 :)

    I walked all the way up to the 4th level of the stadium instead of taking the escalator which was very tempting!!! AND I avoided the stadium food and beer. I did not have anything there. Now it's time for grilled chicken at home.

    I did a 5 mile Leslie Sanson workout yesterday morning. Then my eating wasn't great yesterday but at least I had a good start to the day!
