    Hey everyone! Yesterday was hubby's birthday! We had a nice calm morning at home, and I ate leftover Mexican food for lunch. Fajitas so not bad calorie-wise. But something in them didn't sit right and by the end of the day my tummy was a bit angry with me. Didn't eat much for dinner. I helped out at the school store yesterday afternoon as well, and yesterday morning got in a 40 minute bike ride on the stationary bikes.

    Today I have a play date with friends. Skipping the swim because I have an IEP meeting for youngest at 11. Normally I swim, then hang out with these friends. Can't fit them both in, and haven't seen these two for a couple of weeks and won't be able to hang out next week. So made the decision to skip my swim this time. So it will be a rest and recovery sort of day.

    Training has been going well at least for this week so I'm glad. Hubby met with a new coach to help him with his Ironman training. I'm now booking a hotel and officially registered for the championships in August in Omaha. So now I'm feeling the fire under my butt to train well so I don't embarrass myself!

    It'll be a crazy week or so for me. Our big Spring carnival is next Friday so I'll be spending a lot of time at school next week. So hopefully I won't have a lot of time for meaningless snacking. :)

    Hi,

    Sherry its hard to change kids to eating healthy if they haven't been raised that way. Hopefully hubby wont sabotage when he gets back.

    I spent a crazy morning, you can all laugh but we are thinking of ordering the new cheaper Tesla electric car. Wouldn't be ready for a few years but I would have time to save for down payment.

    Feeling lazy today, going for walk soon, did do beach rock hike yesterday beautiful views.

    Got up hours before sunrise and worked out with my trainer. Felt good. Busy day, lots of snacks and a couple small meals, then a celebration dinner.

    I'm pretty tired from the last two weeks. My husband had to work last weekend so I didn't get any downtime. I told him tonight that can't fly again.
