Yellowing teeth?

I noticed this morning that my teeth (mostly the bottom teeth) have become really yellow and they used to be pretty white! Any ideas?? Is it related to LCHF, supplements....something? I'm not happy about this discovery, I'm tooth paranoid! I brush, floss and mouth wash as I'm supposed to so that's no issue. I just want the white teeth back

Hmmmmm. Have you been drinking more coffee than usual?
I don't know what might cause that... Maybe a ph balance shift in your mouth? May return to normal in time...
I really like this tooth powder.

Also, look into fermented cod liver oil with butter extract. @Dragonwolf here can extol all the dental related virtues. I think there's only one brand that makes it...0

I cleaned my teeth off and it seems like it was some kind of staining - much better now, it came right off with a little dental scraping. Still - not the norm for me, but I'm glad that it wasn't the actual enamel turning yellow.0

Carbs of any kind create a build up on of plaque/tartar on your teeth, so if you have a particularly carb heavy meal/day or any more "stain-worthy" foods, I'd brush a little extra.
(Per research - AND my dentist and hygienist! LOL - as an aside, she said something about how I'm not prone to build-up or cavities, which I always was before going low carb, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I got assigned her as my new hygienist, and she's only known the low carb me. It made me laugh...)0 -
Yep. I me some FLCO/HVBO. Green Pastures is the only one I know that makes it. The A and D in the FCLO, plus the K2 in the HVBO is what makes it so awesome. There's some evidence that Vitamins D and K2 (specifically, preformed K2, not K1, which is what's common in our diets) are the keys to a number of health matters, including dental, bone, and cardiovascular health, because the K2 tells the D where to go, and the D tells the calcium where to go, so you don't get minerals leached from your teeth or bones and deposited into your arteries.0
