Dan a quick off the squirrel question about nuts. I have been buying the 'raw' bulk ones at krogers 'assuming' roasting killed some enzymes, etc.
Have you or others read up on to roast or not? I like the salt but raw never has salt it seems.0 -

I've read where roasting *could possibly* oxidize the fat in nuts if roasted at a high enough temp, which we don't know if they were or were not. We could always roast our own at a low temp to ensure they're fine, I guess. Unless you eat a lot of roasted nuts, not sure if this is worthy advice or not.
