Switch it up!

This challenge is great - 4 days in and I'm sure I'm not the only one already feeling the strength in my legs improving!
I've noticed that quite a few folks are doing their squats in sets. Why not use that break time to switch it up a little bit?
Get down on the floor between sets for a few simple upper body or core exercises!
Such as:
5 crunches
30 second plank
5 push ups
30 seconds of shadowboxing
or whatever you like! It works just like increasing the # of squats we do every day. Before you know it, you're adding in an extra hundred crunches for the day while your legs are getting a break between sets :bigsmile:

Thats a good idea. I have been using weights so I do some arms while I wait for my legs to stop burning a little lol!0
