Is there a way to adjust macros in MFP to keto without having to purchase the premium?

I know I can just read what I key in but is annoying to me to continually see the suggested SAD that MFP gives us

I think premium is good for adjusting in small increments. I had to adjust mine in 5% increments.

Free MFP will let you adjust the percentages in increments of 5. Just get it as close as you can. I keep a tally of my carb intake in the notes section of my phone.

You can also add a net carbs column. I would put all the steps here but chances are I will make a mistake and you will be frustrated. Just google- add net carbs to mfp- the instructions are easy and clear. If a little old lady like me can do it, you can too

You can download this to get a net carbs column add to your diary, but it's only viewable on a PC, and you must also track Fibre.

And/or go here and manually edit your macro percentages. Stay away from "guided setup".

Note that anytime you go back in and change your weekly loss goal, that it will reset everything back to its recommended sad diet defaults too. It may happen if change other stuff in there too... I don't know. But I changed my weekly loss goal once and was so mad when I realized I had to reset everything!
