    We may not be 20 but we are still here. We are 50+ hear us roar! I have been spending the last few weeks looking at active adult communities with my mother who at 77 has decided she needs a lifestyle change. Let me tell you, I have met quite a few residents and they are not sitting home drinking tea and waiting for their grandkids to visit. They are rocking the fitness room, walking the trails and going every which way. Even the ones who are using walkers have some real pep in their steps. I wish I was old enough to buy in. Well a couple of more years.... Still it is amazing how many people over 50 are really looking to get fitter and add more life to their years as well as years to their lives. This mfp group and its sizable population is proof of that!

    So many of us! We are 50+. hear us roar! I am starting to think that the over 50 crowd is out there kicking serious butt! Have been visiting 55+ communities with mom and let me tell you, some of these well over 55's are rocking! They are playing games, going to club meetings, taking trips, danicing, going to parties and crowding the local pizza places in droves. Even the ones with canes and walkers are getting out and about. Makes me feel better aboout not being 20 anymore. It sure ain't over til it's over!
