How to test cheese?

I've been doing the ground beef challenge for two weeks now. I have lost five pounds, so far, which is great! But, my observations lead me to believe that cheese must be an issue for me. It's the only thing I eliminated since I was already a meat eater.
Does anyone have any tips on the best way to approach finding which type of cheese might be the culprit? I'm okay now, but hope I don't have to completely eliminate it, if I don't have to!
TIA!

More aged dry cheeses have less or no lactose - so if that's the problem you are better off with those - see this site: lifehacker.com/the-best-cheeses-to-eat-if-youre-lactose-intolerant-1563386663
BUT if you have histamine issues you will need to stay away from aged cheese and use only minimal amounts of fresh cheeses like cottage cheese or Quark or yogourt cheese. More here: histamineintolerance.org.uk/about/the-food-diary/the-food-list/
Try one version for a week or two, then no cheeses at all to clear out your system totally, then the other version for a week or two. See what makes the difference. Good luck!0 -
