Day 5 challenge

Moving to the lower half. 100 squat jumps. Squat deep and spring up and jump. When landing, be sure to bend the knees. Stretch good before attempting! Double for double. Good luck!

    I can't jump and land :( I'll substitute leg lifts inbetween to give me the extra push.
