Yesterday was a good day. I went for a 3 mile run, got all my water, logged everything,stayed in calories and remembered my vitamins
Today i want to
1) go for a run
2) 10-12 glasses of water
3) vitamins
4) start plank challenge
5) get pants hemmed

yesterday was that day where I wanted to hide under the covers as soon as I came home from work. LOL
Today I am doing better I think the sun has something to do with it.
I got up and I exercised
I went out on a mission and I found capris for Summer I'm thinking positive
work called we have a sick call so I'm taking the hours.
Stay positive and continue on!!!0
