After having a few higher readings this week, it went down 2 hours after lunch today. Aaaannnddd, although my weight hasn't moved much, my waist is down 4 3/8 inches, and I can take my jeans off without undoing them!!

    Great NSV Judy!!! I started training for a 5K run in January doing Couch to 5K. I have never run or been athletic in my entire adult life...Anyway, I can run 30 minutes without stopping and on the second to last training session. The good news was that I didn't feel that pure fatigue till 5 minutes before the end...I have previously felt like I had to really push at 10 minutes before the end...so improving and I am thrilled to be running at 62 :)

    It's at the end of May!
    May 28th and the 5k starts at 4pm!!

    I checked the route. It only comes up to the Pretoria bridge. I thought, if it came all the way up to Hog's back, where I live. I'll have to bike down to the ridge to cheer you on.

    Thank Judy!!!!! I will wear my electric pink shirt and black capris and grey runners with pink laces...white hair lol!

    I had to buy smaller bras recently. My chest band size in down and there was actually more than one color choice in my new size. :)

    Decided to start training for a 5k along side my best friend and brother. We're planning to do one the day before my birthday in November.

    I'll be on the corner of Colonel By and Pretoria Bridge. On a burgundy bike. Hard to say what I'll be wearing that day, but I'll let you know closer to the event. :#

    EXCELLENT goal!!! So great you have training buddies! Lots of times sports stores have interval running clinics! Also as I mentioned over on the timeline I love C25K!! Take it easy so you don't overdo it!! I am cheering for you sooo much!!
