Yesterday i did good with my goals. I got my water, vitamins, run (6 miles), and plank challenge. I went and did shopping and did not get my pants done.

Today I want to
1)go for a run
2)drink 10-12 glasses of water
3)log everything
4) hem pants
5)vitamins

    I've been really focusing on sleep this week and did well (for me) on Sunday and Monday and less well (but not as bad as usual) last night. I've also been really good so far in hitting all my planned workouts (even when I was seriously debating possible excuses). Less good at logging and not snacking on stupid stuff that's around, although I think I've still been within my calories (due to the workouts).

    Today's goals:

    (1) Make it to strength training
    (2) Do planned cardio
    (3) Log everything
    (4) Get to bed at a reasonable hour
    (5) Pick out a few tasks I've been putting off and do them

    Anyone have their wedding band resized yet?
    I have to admit the thought of doing this really bothers me so for now I have ordered a ring guard and have tape on the ring.
