Now I feel not well. I wonder since I'm trying to get on track from easter if I'm experiencing some keto flu. The first time in ever I feel nauseous which I haven't felt in months.

Keto flu isn't a real illness like the flu. It's just low sodium, really. You can literally make it go away in about 60 seconds. Since I know that you know about sodium needs, I assume you're on top of that, but maybe it's still to low. Are you supplementing magnesium already? If so is it a form that ends in "ate", like glycinate or carbonate. If not, your probably not absorbing enough.
Or maybe you have an actual flu?

Speaking to the other side of the sodium coin... If you think it's diet related and not a bug, are you getting enough fluids in you? Dehydration causes nausea and it's easy to get dehydrated when you start eating this way and are still figuring out the right balance of electrolytes.0
