I'm currently struggling with keeping my fibre down. I'm in the habit of consuming a paleoish diet consisting of vegetables, meat, nuts, olive oil etc. my issue is that I feel quite bloated and have massive stools when I wake up in the morning. I'm trying to throw in some more bread/rice to substitute the veges. I'm meeting my protein and fat targets so I can't really add more of those types of foods in to fill me up. what should I be getting my carbs from? I normally need 3000-3500 cals a day to meet my energy requirements as I train 1-2 times a day.
