Will also pass it on to my mom, she is doing / trying to do low carb both for weight loss and to help manage chronic pain (so far unwilling to consider Keto but i think that will come with time). She's the type who feels better with some hand-holding and accountability so this really sounds like it might be right up her alley - and since it's free, if it turns out to NOT be right up her alley, she doesn't have to feel obligated to continue. I'm so glad you shared this, @motown13 !0
