I wish I liked Jimmy Moore more. It seems everyone does, but I just don't....
    I DO like Jason Fung!

I read Keto Clarity but had real issues with it, so yeah, I am in your boat too. I love his enthusiasm and I love to read accounts by people who did the Keto diet, and I appreciate his honesty about his struggles. But when it comes to taking actual medical advice I find myself questioning it unless it comes from a credible source with a medical or scientific background.

Also, someone stated in another thread what an excellent writer Fung is, and I completely agree just from reading his blogs. Moore doesn't have the same writing voice that sucks you into the pages, so it would be a shame not to have Fung's words on the page. I plan to get Fung's currrent book, which I assume will cover the basis of IF too. (Hoping for the audio book version soon!)

Jimmy Moore's what got me really interested in LCHF in the first place, even if his podcast has been ticking me off with the number of ads lately.

Karlyn, what issues did you have with Keto Clarity? Out of curiosity.

I too have been inspired by Jimmy, though his ads annoy, but hey, a guy's gotta make a living. I fast forward through them on the app most of the time. I was really irked when I first started listening, but have gotten used to the bad puns... Have tried listening to various other podcasters and find that he is one of the few I can tolerate. Some people just ramble on way too much. Love the one with Doc Muscles too. It is shorter, and they cover questions from real people, so it covers a lot of ground in a condensed time.

And here is Dr. Fung's newest blog post https://intensivedietarymanagement.com/history-of-diabetes-t2d/

I think that was me! I was also trying to wait for the audio book of Fung, but gave in and got the Kindle version.
