Yesterday wasn't so good.other then getting all my water and doing day 2 in plank challenge I did not accomplish the rest of my goals.
New day new effort
Today I will
1)go for a run
2) drink 10-12 glasses of water
3)log everything
4) stay in calories
5)get all 13000 steps
6)kettlebell workout
7)practice the song I will be singing with my daughter in church in a few weeks.

    I was super sore yesterday so mostly did a rest day (also got stuck at work late).

    Should have declared goals this morning, as I forgot that one of mine was going to be no coffee after noon and just got a cup (at 4:30). Sigh. Guess I'll start working on that one tomorrow!
