Yesterday was a frustrating day. I went to do my 13 mile run and within 2 miles my already hurting leg had me limping pretty good so I had to stop. I don't want to do major damage to myself.just frustrating I had to quit so early into the run. Other then that I was able to do everything ony list.
Today I have to work so that will limit what I do but I still want to
1)drink 10-12 glasses of water
2)take vitamins
3)kettlebell
4) get all my steps
5) log everything
