My starting weight is 185.
6th Day into Whole30:
Waist: 32.75
Hips: 42
Largest part of tummy- 41 (this might be partially bloat from first week?)
Largest part of Calf- 16.25 L, 16.5 R
Bust: 39

I started today! I didn't do my measurements, but I did weigh in at 197.5 this morning. up 13 lbs in a month and a half. I am doing this per my doctors recommendation because after some tests we discovered my gut is not absorbing nutrients the right way. I am doing whole30 and supplements/probiotics to "heal" my gut. Looking forward to it!0

Interesting that your doctor recommended this! I am glad there are doctors out there that care enough to recommend healthy eating and eliminating foods that can cause issues with some people. I hope you get everything you need out of this!0
