Carb refeed days??

I don't know if it is in my head, but did I read something on here before about having refeed carb days? and if I did what were the reason for this? would it not put you back on eating carbs all over again.

My understanding that once you get your body burning fat as fuel that there is no need to reintroduce carbs. It varies from person to person, but it can set your body back from fat burning anywhere from a day to a week depending on how much of a sugar burner vs fat burner you are.0

ahhh, so I didn't imagine that I had seen an article like this somewhere. It makes sense if doing a very very low carb diet. I suppose if one wanted to boost their carbs , increasing it through veg or fruit makes a lot of sense, and of course for that day then just drop the fats. Every day is a school day on this forum, learning all the time.0
