This will be a travel week for me. And when I get there it will be 2 days of sitting. I will definitely have to find the hotel gym or walk the hallways. Next week is just as bad so I hope I can keep my lead on my miles.

Company for coffee, had to do some paperwork for Hubby, laundry..... sigh!! Then out for supper with friends. At least I ate properly!!

I'm still doing alright, but my Fitbit died on Sunday and I left it on the charger for much of the day. Got some miles to make up, but we have another 5K this weekend, so I'm not too worried yet. I did make it to the gym yesterday, but spent hours sitting with my mentor learning paperwork, and then had homework that I sat and did for class today. Should have gotten up today and went to the gym again, but it was a struggle. LOL....I'll be there tomorrow!!

Trying to hit my step goal everyday this week. So far so good! Even though I was doing laps in my backyard (like a crazy lady) in between weight lifting sets last night!
Going to have to step it up even more to get back on track. I need to get ~40 miles over the next 10 days and then I'll be on par for my 100 mile goal. We shall see if I can get it done! Hoping to do some long hikes this weekend to make a dent.0 -

I've been a little lax about getting on here to log. But I have been logging my food. The classes for my new job are a little stressful. I didn't hit my goals last week, but today, I'm above 6 miles and plan to be active tomorrow, too.
We also went and got a new home computer today, so I should be able to be more consistent with getting here to log my miles. Right now, I'm trying to get rid of the white screen of death on my iPod without losing all 4000 of the songs that I manually uploaded from CD's. Good music helps me stay motivated to move!
Not sure how I'm doing with being on track for hitting my 130 goal, but there is plenty of time left and I don't plan to miss a goal 2 months in a row. Here's the damage from the past week:

I'm going to wait until morning to see what I do today...there's still 30 minutes until midnight here. I could get another tenth or so...especially if the dog needs to go out!
Total = 54.3 miles, 4/10 with 15 days to go. So I'm about 20 miles behind, but also behind on the 5+ days. 75.7 miles to go, or about 5 miles every day.

Thanks Lilymay! I know I can set my mind to it and make it!!! (Yesterday in the 5K we did, on a switchback, I yelled over at a friend and told her I was going to catch her in the last mile...it was tough, but I did it! Same applies here....and time to get off my behind this morning!)

I really wish I could be more consistent even with low mileage days . . . I feel like it happens or it doesn't but either way I am not putting my heart into it. There are several ways I can address this but I have yet to come up with one that I will commit to. I think I will try and make it a money issue, no bus pass or money on my bus card will make we walk!!!0
