For the past year, I've been on this 3 lb cycle...loss the 3 lbs only to get TOM and gain it back (NO, it was NOT water weight, ugh). In the past month I've made a better effort to meet my macro goals, and guess what my weight has finally moved, yup, the scale actually went down! I'm at my lowest weight since Nov '14. Still have some to go, but its a start!

Nutrition for me has been the key to getting through Menopause, meeting my macro's has helped me keep my weight in check. After I realized that I should be checking the grams not the percentage, lol.

Got this idea from @Sabine_Stroehm thread of what are we eating, what do think of a daily check-in thread to meet our nutrition goals?
