I've realized there is no way to guess how many calories are in food when you are dining out. I've also realized that people will try and sabotage you (inadvertently) to make themselves feel better about their own eating habits.
So, before any food hits these lips I have to make sure I KNOW exactly how many calories are in it. I also have to stick to my guns when I'm out with these people.
I did much better this week with staying around my calorie goal (except for one AWFUL day) so that was a success. I've logged all of my food so that was too. I did partake of some bubbly beverages yesterday so that was not. I had some tonic and diet 7up with my cocktail. I also took a sip of my husbands root beer and Pepsi. Not tasty, way too syrup-y. Glad I decided to stop drinking those.
I need to up my water intake. I need to get out for more walks.0
