BIG & TALL JULY CHALLENGE!

I'll kick this off:

SW 7/5/13 - 309 (I started taking Creatine, which is making me retain a bit of water, but it helps my workouts!)

Biceps - 18"
Chest - 52"
Waist - 50"
Neck - 18"

Gonna crush it in the summer sun. Who's with me?

    Wish I worked out more, but I'm with you on this. I need to lose a LOT of weight!

    Height: 5' 11.75" (am I still allowed around here?)
    SW: 438.6 on 6/28 (I do these weekly, just forgot to do it before eating this morning. Will update tomorrow.)

    Neck: 22" (All on 6/28. I do my measurements monthly.)
    Waist: 64"
    Hips: 68"
    Bicep: 19"
    Calf: 20"

    So lets do this, shall we?

    Ok, finally measured myself. Really happy with the tape. The scale and I are still not friends.

    SW 7/5/13 - 309 - Weight on August 5, 306.

    7/5/13 Biceps - 18" - August 5, 19" Yeah bigger arms!
    7/5/13 Chest - 52" - August 5, 54" Yeah Bigger chest!
    7/5/13 Waist - 50" - August 5, 46" Yeah smaller waist!
    7/5/13 Neck - 18" - August 5, 18.5" Indifferent about slightly larger neck. Hope its muscle.

    So, my starting stats for August are these. Gonna add some cardio to get my weight down. I lost 3lbs in a month. Not cool.
