    Interesting... I didn't see a place to subscribe to future updates. Did I miss it? Also, I'm curious how you use some of the things, like snacks and treats. I'd love to hear more...

    I'm just in a place where my own progress is very slowly crawling, and I eat or have eaten many of the same foods that you do, per your shopping pictures recently. I'm always on the lookout for things to shake it up, etc.
