Blood tests after 10 months maintenance

OK, I admit it. I've been a little lax in terms of carb restriction lately. I'm sure I've hit 200g some days.
So, I wondered: after maintaining for 10 months, am I more carb tolerant than I used to be? Is it OK for me to eat this much carb intake? Or should I "reboot" and shoot for a lower level?
How would you know? How about a blood test?
HbA1c: 4.8% (was 5.1% pre-LC)
fasting insulin: 4.3 (never tested before, but that's pretty low I think!)
FBG: 91 (meh, it's "normal")
Blood lipids were stable compared to last time.
I was sort of hoping to see insulin higher so it would motivate me to try lower carb. I think I'll try it anyways and also increase fat at the same time to see if I can boost HDL.
Oh, and my hands have been getting cold lately, so I also had TSH tested. Normal. So it's just the lack of body fat.
