Note this reads marketing materials but I just use cheap stuff off Amazon, NOW Magnesium and Potassium Aspartate currently in capsule that I can swallow. The first brand was like swallowing footballs (the pointed kind).

I did not realize the number of things working against getting magnesium to where it needs to go. Finally good for the past 90 days listed .

Great info in there about best absorbable forms.

This specifically calls out Magnesium Chloride as being the best absorbed but I wonder if the others in the same class are also better absorbed...

We knew Magnesium Glycinate is a good choice. And the other "ate" forms. Apparently the chloride form is just a tad better. But, what you can easily get and suits you best has to be considered. No need to be a total perfectionist.

The transdermal is not only another good option but also may be a better way to go as far absorption and tolerance.

Thanks for this info. Dr. Dean pushing her brand raised some questions and clearly I have a lot of reading to do. I think I have been low on magnesium most of my life and a lot of my muscle spasms body wide may be a side effect.
