Here is a thread for day four! You are all doing awesome.
Today, I did 30 minutes of Turbo Jam. My goal is to do Turbo Jam 3 times a week and this is my second time this week.

Awesome day so far. I started late because the kids are on vacation, but I'm off today so no worries.
Another Breaking Point workout as described in my Day 2 post, today was chest.
Group A: Incline DB Press
8-10 rep max (RM) = 0.5 points per rep
6-8 RM = 1 point per rep
3-5 RM = 1.5 points per rep
Group B: Dips
Bodyweight = 1 point/rep
Bodyweight 1.5s (start at the bottom, come up halfway, back down, all the way up is one rep) = 1 point/rep
Weighted Dips (add approximately 25% body weight) = 1.5 points/rep.
Goal is to get as many points as possible in 30 minutes. Will try to beat this in a couple of weeks. My score today was 146.5.
Ended with some ab work. A new low on the scale of 163.2. Macros are spot on. Feeling strong. Have a great day and keep pushing, everyone!

Today my macros were not like I would have liked them. I like being high protein. Today I was under and hut 30,000 steps again today.1
