Day 9- I might be snacking on seeds too much...

Meal 1: 1 hardboiled egg, a banana, and some sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds off and on the whole morning
Meal 2: Romaine Lettuce salad with 2 hardboiled eggs and olive oil and vinegar. Apple and almond butter. Baby carrots.
Meal 3: Vegetable soup with added ground beef and olive oil. Also roasted broccoli on the side.
I think I'm going to put my seeds for the day inside a container or baggie and then I won't snack on them all day at work!
