    Today a weighted bob Harper daily burn sweating
    Sat so taking it easy no outdoor activities over did yesterday
    Menu planned church

    No motivation on what to eat
    On Jenny almost 3 months and eating mostly same meals and adding same vegies
    So ester day and today do not want to eat
    158 for two weeks doing at least 60 min cardio
    I know I should be happy but I'm not

    Totally saddened and shocked. One of our friends died suddenly yesterday praying for the family and her dogs who will miss her terribly. Ladies from sparkpeople team walked yesterday at a park.
    Today just what to cry but will go on.one day you are here next gone hug your friends and relatives

    Hello I am at 10 percent so now one day a week my menu.i like that and next week another day
    I've started using grilled chicken for my stir fry and adding Jenny sandwich or pizza bites. I need to cut back on Jenny bill

    Wow what a week of restaurants,family gatherings,stress,off Jenny Craig.now tomorrow the verdict. I chose as wisely as I could. Avoided cake,pizza,chips cookies,candy.is it possible for me to at least not gain! Loosing? Well weigh in Jenny we'd need prayers

    I am cutting back to 3 week.i think I can do it
    Stress with grad party,birthday birthday,Mother's Day meals at restaurant,knee problems.
    Traveling last two days pain.bought brace but returning it for another one
    Tomorrow home thank you God

    Tuff last week then this week tuffet.maintaing is my goal then try and loose 2 pounds before weigh in June 1
    That will be 3 weeks not a good idea but no other choice
    Grad parties,visit son for 3 days to memorial services visit and place flowers on two cemeteries
    Wow if I can stay without gaining that's ok
